QUALITY AND SAFETY

QUALITY AND SAFETY

We are focused on the safety of our workforce and working environment. Our culture is defined by our people taking personal responsibility for their safety and the safety of their co-workers, and we take pride in the structures we have in place.

Our company is built on a solid safety foundation, from training, planning, proper selection and use of PPE and equipment; our commitment to excellence and passion for building, is what has earned us a solid reputation in the construction industry.

Our hands-on experience and equipment enables the project team to have the right people and equipment on the job when it is needed.

Quality

Nothing speaks more about our premier construction service than the recognition we’ve received for quality craftsmanship. It is just as important to our clients, as quality translates into building prestige and lower maintenance costs.

Safety

We take a strict, steadfast approach, which includes all OSHA and various trade association regulations, to ensure that our incident rate remains at zero. DMAC Painting & Construction enforces a safe work environment with mandatory hard hat, safety glasses, footwear and proper clothing requirements. Job site awareness through tool box talks, signage, fencing and security creates a safe working environment on both the site grounds and surrounding areas.

Subcontractor Compliance

DMAC Painting & Constructionevaluates the selection of its subcontractors on the basis of safety, quality of work, schedules and cost. This includes a review of the subcontractor's safety program and past performance with regard to safety.
